Building on the success of 2010, Bailey Fisher Executive Search has enjoyed a positive start to the new year.  Our geographical reach has continued to expand from our Cambridge base, with board and senior management level completions in London, Thames Valley, Midlands & North East. A number of our clients have had notable successes in fundraising, acquisitions and exits, including Babraham Bioscience Technolgies, awarded £44m government funding to help drive growth and innovation, and Horizon Discovery, named Young Business of the Year at the East of England Business Awards, as well as securing $1.6m new grant funding.  We are delighted to announce that Darrin Disley, Chairman of Horizon Discovery, and a long-serving friend of the business, is joining us as an Advisor.  

One of the notable highlights of the year so far has been supporting a US company looking to strengthen its European team. Novus Biologicals engaged Bailey Fisher to search for a European General Manager to spearhead its aggressive European growth strategy. “All of the candidates interviewed were extremely well qualified. The search, interview and selection process was very efficient and the communication was excellent.
