Corporate Finance Associate

Our client, a top 50 legal firm, is looking to recruit an Associate to join its Cambridge team.  The successful candidate will join an expanding and forward thinking firm with a commitment to its staff.Based in one of the most exciting hi-tech and life sciences clusters in the country you will benefit from a broad range of clients and activities, whilst the company as a whole has global reach.

As part of the corporate finance team you will provide a full range of deal management services with a typical deal size of between £5m and £20m.

The successful candidate will be a skilled lawyer with c. six years PQE.   They will also have a local client base and exposure to private equity.  Commercial contracts experience would also be useful.
