Head of Employer Solutions Group
Salary: to £60k DOE + benefits
Location: East Anglia

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated individual to drive the development of the Employee Solutions Group within a top 10 accountancy firm.  The role reports directly into the Tax Partner and has an East Anglian remit.

Key responsibilities

• To proactively manage and develop the Employer Solutions client portfolio.
• To manage a small team in the execution of the firm’s professional duties.
• To assist in the development of the client base through the production and presentation of client proposals.
• To communicate workload to the Tax Partner and to balance risks against commercial gain.
• To confer with the HMRC regarding employer compliance enquiries
• To liaise with other members of the firm to proactively identify cross selling opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Employer Solutions and proven ability of commercial development.  Exposure to taxation either through a CTA qualification or experience would be desirable.
