Corporate Finance Advisory Executive

Our client is one of the largest and most successful corporate finance practices in the country and is part of a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm. 

Based in one of the most exciting hi-tech and life sciences clusters in the country you will benefit from a broad range of clients and activities, whilst the global reach of the firm offers excellent networking and career development opportunities.   As part of the dynamic corporate finance team you will provide a full range of deal management services advising on both M&A and private equity-based transactions with a typical deal size of between £5m and £20m.   The successful candidate will be technically strong and with a commercial approach.  They will be ACA/ACCA/equivalent or will have gained corporate finance experience and training through the banking route.
