Board Dinner

We're delighted to be partnering with Mishcon de Reya to host the Board Dinner, for Chair/NEDs of growth companies across technology and life sciences. 

Our topic for the evening is Transatlantic M&A and we’re delighted to welcome as our expert speaker, Kenneth Harrell, Co-founder and Senior Managing Director of Pharus. Ken has 25 years of experience advising leading entrepreneurs and investing in emerging technology. He has worked with the foremost venture capital and growth equity funds in the US and Europe and has completed strategic transactions with a range of Global 1000 companies. Ken has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings and principal investments.  He is also a Managing Partner of Pharus Ventures, investing in early-stage tech companies poised for growth and disruption. 

Ken will lead discussion around the state of the market for tech-rich M&A, with a US/UK emphasis.   

This event will bring together Chair/NEDs from growth companies across technology and life sciences for a relaxed peer-to-peer dinner.  To ensure a focused discussion, the number of places will be limited to 24 around the table.
