The Finance practice is managed by Andrew Moore.  Andrew specialises in strategic CFO and FD opportunities, and has 13 years experience in senior level finance recruitment, having worked for 2 international recruitment companies prior to joining Bailey Fisher. 

Working alongside Andrew is Rachel Keaveney.  A qualified accountant, Rachel trained with Deloitte and spent five years as Head of Finance with a VC backed company before joining Bailey Fisher. Rachel manages FC & FD roles for VC backed companies as well as public and private sector SMEs.
