Our Human Resources division was set up in response to requests from strategic clients, to extend our services to encompass a further key function of their business, whilst complementing our current practice.
Our goal as a firm is to partner with our clients, through the different stages of their development and to provide innovative solutions. Whether you are a multi-national looking to recruit a Human Resources Director to assist in strategically leading your business forward, or a start-up/early-stage venture requiring an interim or part-time consultant to assist with the day to day issues, we are well placed to understand your needs.
Through our years of experience in working with early-stage ventures within the Cambridge cluster, we are able to better understand the challenges that they face. We also appreciate the importance of a Human Resources function, however small, to the successful growth of a business.
The division draws on the expertise of Barbara Pieterse (CIPD), a recruitment professional with 13 years experience in human resources and in-house recruitment, specialising in the investment banking industry. Barbara is supported by the Bailey Fisher team, whose in-house experience includes early-stage, technology, finance and professional services.
