CAMBRIDGE'S FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS "OUT TO LUNCH" WITH BAILEY FISHER

Financial Controllers from Cambridge’s technology companies will meet for the latest in Bailey Fisher’s successful Financial Controllers Lunch Club meetings at Girton College on Friday 25 April, with guest speaker David Cleevely. 

Offering an opportunity for networking in a relaxed and friendly environment, the Financial Controllers Lunch Club takes place quarterly, and attracts Financial Controllers/Heads of Finance from within Cambridge’s technology companies.  April’s event takes place with sponsorship from Charles Russell, Grant Thornton and NatWest.

Guest speaker, David Cleevely, will share his insights into an entrepreneur’s expectations from the finance function within a growing technology business, drawing on his trade sale and listing experience.  Chairman and co-founder of Abcam, the web based antibody company, David is also founder and former Chairman of telecoms consultancy Analysys and the founder of 3Way Networks and CRFS. A key figure in the Cambridge technology scene, David was a major force behind the success of the Cambridge Network and is a member of Cambridge Angels.  He is also a member of the Ofcom Spectrum Advisory Board and has over 35 years experience in digital communications and networking.
