After a successful 7 years of business Bailey Fisher has cemented its continued growth by appointing another new member to the team.

Dr Kiran Gulati joins Bailey Fisher adding a new dimension to their existing skill base and complimenting Paul and Ann’s experience of the early stage technology market.

Having completed her PhD from UCL Kiran moved into the commercial arena establishing the UK subsidiary for a US product company servicing the pharma and biotech market. In the late 90’s Kiran was part of the founding management team of Cambridge Drug Discovery, which was later acquired by Biofocus. During her time Kiran gained broad commercial experience through international business development and M&A activity. After 5yrs in the biotech sector Kiran was approached to undertake a ‘change management’ project for leading FMCG and along with the chairman was instrumental in taking this loss making business into profit. Kiran established a new sales infrastructure recruiting regional sales directors into North America, Europe and Hong Kong.

Kiran’s interest in Bailey Fisher stemmed from her interaction with a number of leading international search firms. Kiran recognised that her start up and change management skills and experience of the biotech market could add considerable value to the Bailey Fisher business model. “Having successfully cultivated an impressive network and client base we have expanded our team to meet the demands of our clients. We believe in bringing in first hand business skills, not purely recruitment experience. Kiran has operated successfully in the high growth start up world and demonstrates the commercial maturity our clients like to see.” said Paul.
