Audit Partner

The brief: Our client, one of the UK's leading accountancy practices, engaged our services to assist in extending their technology audit function with the appointment of a Tehnology Audit Partner. 

The appointment: We identified a target list of individuals in close consultation with the client. This led to the appointment of an exceptional candidate, a Cambridge technology graduate, who had built up an affinity with very early stage technology and bio-tech businesses. 

Tax Partner

The brief: Due to early retirement of a Tax Partner, our brief was to identify a well-networked individual, with excellent technical knowledge but also capable of driving the department forward. 

The appointment: A creative and pro-active approach resulted in the identification and subsequent appointment of an excellent young candidate, Big 4 trained, with experience in the commercial sector.

Tax Director

The brief: Our brief was to identify a Tax Director with rapid promotion potential, to drive the business forward.

The appointment: Working from a targeted shortlist, drawn up in close consultation with the client, we were successful in securing the appointment of a Tax Director, with rapid promotional prospects to Partner.

VAT Director

The brief: Our brief was to bring in an individual with a high level of technical knowledge.

The appointment: We identified an excellent candidate, with the requisite technical knowledge.  The selection process called for a supportive approach, both pre- and post-appointment, as the candidate was making a move into the profession, having been employed in the public sector for 15 years.
