Our Professional Services division specialises in executive appointments with accountancy firms, law practices and venture capital funds both regionally and nationally.

The division is managed by Ann Fisher, the company's co-founder.  An experienced executive search professional with a background as a trained accountant, Ann has been instrumental in building relationships with the leading professional service firms across the UK, specialising in tax, audit and corporate finance appointments from Manager to Partner level. 

Working alongside Ann is Barbara Pieterse, whose experience includes 13 years in human resources and in-house recruitment, specialising in Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity, within the Investment Banking industry. Barbara is a member of the CIPD.

With a focus on developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, we are committed to supporting the growth of our clients and nurturing the careers of our candidates over many years. Identifying talented individuals early in their careers, we are able to develop close relationships with the business leaders of the future.

We adopt a pro-active approach to executive search, undertaking direct search in conjunction with national advertising campaigns to identify key individuals in the market sector.  We work in close consultation with our clients at every stage of the process. Always discreet in our dealings with clients and candidates, we have a reputation for honesty and integrity.

The Professional Services team is actively involved in sponsoring events, including conferences and networking events run by ICAEW and CIOT.
