Paul co-founded Bailey Fisher in 1998. Paul is responsible for CXO, NED and Chairman appointments with a particular emphasis on high-growth technology companies.
As a Director, Paul continues to expand his unrivalled network of entrepreneurs and investors, forging close relationships with VCs and business angels in the technology sector across the UK. Paul sits on the board of the Cambridge Network.
Ann Fisher: Founding Partner

Ann is co-founder of Bailey Fisher, where she handles CEO appointments and is the driving force behind Women 4 Technology. Ann is instrumental in building relationships with spin-out companies from business incubators and universities across the UK, as well as venture capital funds and professional advisors. Ann trained with a Top 10 Manchester accountancy firm, before moving into the commercial sector as Head of Finance with an early-stage technology company in London. Aged 27, she founded her first recruitment company, building to a successful exit within 5 years.
Joe Graziano: Partner

Joe is Head of the Technology practice, working with a broad range of clients from very early stage technology ventures through to blue chip corporates. Joe is responsible for senior management appointments across a range of commercial/technology sectors. He has recently completed a number of assignments including CTO for a software house, COO for an early-stage venture, Head of Innovation for a leading blue chip corporate and VP Engineering for a NASDAQ listed high-end technology company. Joe has 8 years recruitment experience, having previously specialised in finance and marketing roles for an international recruitment company. Joe gained a degree in Marketing from Hull University.
Andrew Moore: Partner

Andrew is Head of the Finance practice. He joined Bailey Fisher in 2011, bringing 13 years experience in specialist finance recruitment, focusing on senior management level finance roles. Recent completions include EMEA FD for a high-tech lighting/electronics company (£30m turnover) and Group FC for a privately owned software company (£10m turnover). In November 2011 Andrew hosted the first of a series of CFO Dinners with roundtable discussion for 20 CFOs from high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Bailey Fisher, Andrew worked for 2 international recruitment companies, where he was responsible for setting up 2 new offices. He has worked in the Cambridge market since 2005, and previously in the Oxford/Thames Valley market.

Paul heads up the Bailey Fisher research capability. He has a detailed academic research background coupled with a passion for technology. He supports the team undertaking research assignments for a variety of early stage, VC backed technology companies.
Rachel Keaveney: Business Director

Rachel specialises in finance appointments with technology and SME companies, working closely with high-profile clients on roles from Financial Controller to Board level. A qualified accountant, Rachel trained with Deloitte in Cambridge, working for their entrepreneurial business department. Moving into the commercial sector, Rachel spent 5 years as Head of Finance & HR with a Cambridge-based venture capital backed company before joining Bailey Fisher in 2006.
Jenny Alsop: Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jenny ensures the smooth running of the office and internal operations, and provides research capabilities to support the team.
Prior to joining Bailey Fisher in 2007, Jenny worked as a consultant for a national recruitment company and in the Sales & Marketing division of a Cambridge-based multi-national.

Helen joined Bailey Fisher to drive the company's marketing activity.
Helen has over 10 years experience in marketing. Prior to joining Bailey Fisher Helen was Marketing & Events Director for one of the UK’s leading music management companies, and subsequently a freelance marketing consultant working with clients in the media and entertainment sectors.
