Ann Fisher: Co-founder, Director - Professional Services

Ann co-founded Bailey Fisher ~ Executive Search in 1998.  As Director of Professional Services, she is instrumental in building relationships with the leading professional service firms in the country, specialising in tax, audit and corporate finance appointments at Director and Partner level.

An executive search professional with 15 years experience in financial recruitment, Ann founded her first recruitment business in the early 1990s, building to a successful exit 3 years later.  Previously, Ann practiced as an accountant, training with a Top 20 firm in the North West, before moving into industry as a Financial Controller for an early-stage software company. Ann works closely with a number of prestigious national and regional clients, completing senior search assignments recently for the likes of Grant Thornton, Peters Elworthy & Moore and Ernst & Young.
