Rachel Keaveney FCCA: Business Director - Finance

As Business Development Director at Bailey Fisher ~ Executive Search, Rachel specialises in finance appointments with technology and SME companies, from Financial Accountant to Board level, working closely with high-profile clients including Redgate Software, Aitua and ip.access.

A qualified accountant, Rachel trained with Deloitte in Cambridge, working for their small business advisory department, and managing the Deloitte Fast 50 programme for the Eastern region.  Moving into the commercial sector, Rachel spent five years as Head of Finance with a Cambridge-based venture capital-backed company, before joining Bailey Fisher ~ Executive Search in 2006.
