Barbara Pieterse

Business Director - Professional Services & Human Resources

Barbara is responsible for managing assignments with the leading professional services firms including M&A, Corporate Finance and private equity. Barbara also looks after our newly created HR function.

Barbara joined Bailey Fisher in 2008, with 13 years experience in human resources and in-house recruitment, specialising in the investment banking industry. She joined us from Lehman Brothers, where she spent seven years as Recruitment Manager overseeing the Investment Banking Division's experienced hire recruitment (corporate finance and M&A) for Europe.

Prior to Lehman Brothers, Barbara managed the Associate (MBA) recruitment programme for Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, hiring from business schools in both Europe and the US. Barbara has also worked for Union Bank of Switzerland as part of their Human Resources and graduate recruitment teams.

Barbara is a graduate (BSc) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
