Andrew Moore is Co-Owner of Bailey Fisher, an independent executive search firm specialising in Board and C-suite appointments for high-growth technology and life sciences businesses.
With over 25 years’ experience, Andrew advises founder-led, investor-backed and owner-managed companies on building leadership teams that enable scale and long-term success. He has particular expertise in Chair, Non-Executive Director, CEO and CFO appointments across venture capital and private equity-backed businesses.
Andrew joined Bailey Fisher in 2011 and led the firm through a management buy-out in 2018. Since then, he has supported many of Cambridge and the UK’s most successful growth companies — including businesses that have raised significant funding, achieved exits or reached valuations in excess of £1bn.
He takes a highly consultative approach, working closely with founders, investors and boards to understand the strategic context of each search and to navigate the evolving leadership challenges that come with growth.
Recent mandates include CEO, Chair and CFO appointments across a range of private equity-backed technology businesses, as well as building leadership teams post-investment.
Andrew also hosts Bailey Fisher’s CFO, Chair and Private Markets dinners, bringing together senior leaders and investors to share insight and experience.
