An experienced Chair and former Managing Director, Ludo brings a strong track record of scaling complex, innovation-led businesses and building high-performing leadership teams. His perspective helps ensure Bailey Fisher continues to deliver a thoughtful, insight-led approach to executive search, aligned with the needs of investors, boards and founders.
Alongside Bailey Fisher, Ludo holds a number of chair roles and is founder of The Innovation Practice, where he facilitates leadership teams to tackle complex strategic challenges.
