Bailey Fisher is delighted to announce the return of John Bridger as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s growing Technology Practice and further enhancing its capability across Board and C-suite executive search assignments.
John originally began his executive search career at Bailey Fisher, spending six years with the firm and building a strong reputation for delivering leadership appointments across the technology sector. After several successful years working in London, we are thrilled to welcome him back to the Bailey Fisher team.
In his new role, John will primarily focus on supporting investor-backed technology businesses across the UK and Europe, specialising in Board and senior leadership appointments for growth-stage and private equity-backed software companies.
John works closely with founders, boards and investors to build leadership teams that drive scale, professionalisation and long-term value creation. He has particular expertise in technology leadership appointments, including CTO and Chief Product Officer searches, alongside broader C-suite mandates covering CEO, CFO, COO and C-1 roles.
His experience spans B2B SaaS, data, AI and vertical software markets, and he is known for his network-driven approach to identifying high-calibre leadership talent in competitive markets. John also partners closely with private equity and growth investors, supporting both pre-deal diligence and post-investment value creation initiatives.
Commenting on his return, the Bailey Fisher team said:
“John played an important role in his early career at Bailey Fisher, and we are absolutely delighted to welcome him back to the business. His experience, market knowledge and strong relationships across the technology ecosystem make him a fantastic addition to our growing technology practice.”
John’s return comes at an exciting time for Bailey Fisher as the firm continues to expand its work with private equity-backed and high-growth technology companies. This strategic focus aligns with the company’s wider commitment to supporting later-stage and investor-backed businesses with executive leadership appointments.
