The premier awards for Europe's hottest tech start ups, The Europas celebrates the most ambitious and innovative early stage tech start ups from across Europe. With categories including climate tech, health tech, cyber security, AI, mobility and tech for good, this year's shortlist showcased start ups addressing some of the major global challenges of our time, as well as the accelerators and investors supporting their growth.
It's great to see Cambridge innovation, and a number of clients, amongst the shortlisted and winning entries:
- Deeptech Labs - Europe's only pure play deep tech accelerator VC fund - winner of Hottest Accelerator
- Cambridge GaN Devices, finalist in Hottest Deep Tech Start up, for pioneering energy efficient GaN based power devices to make greener electronics possible
- Speechmatics, finalist in Scale up of the Year, for spearheading the evolution of human-to-machine interfaces, increasing inclusivity in AI technology and lowering AI bias
- IQ Capital, finalist in the VC Award for helping build disruptive UK deeptech companies
