Women in Life Sciences

Zoe Robson hosted the second in our series of Women in Life Sciences breakfasts on 29 September, together with Rachel Bradley, Partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper.   A peer group of female CEOs from early stage and growth companies across life sciences and health technology came together at Babraham Research Campus for an inclusive and open discussion over breakfast. 

The discussion focused on culture and how to create and foster a positive and engaged workplace environment, and extended to the challenges faced post pandemic and when navigating the wider investor community.  We are now planning the next breakfast which will be held in early Spring 2023, and look forward to continuing to expand our presence amongst the CEO community.
